Lucas' Papaw Ointment

Made in Australia.
Made from paw paws.
Popular among girls, both domestic & international.
Can be used "for boils, burns, chafing, cuts, cracked skin, gravel rash, splinters, open wounds, insect bites and nappy rash."

I was very skeptical about this product when my friend first introduced me to it. How can such a small product, containing only paw paw, be THAT great? I was not interested and the smell put me off as well.

About 7 months later I go and buy one out of impulse, seeing it was so cheap ($5AUD)~ The smell wasn't as overwhelming as the first time.

A good about this is the tube is bright RED.
Makes it a whole lot easier when rummaging through the bag and not blending in with the base of the bag.

However, the lid....when the seal is broken off it's jagged.

I read some reviews on makeupalley.com for this & there were many positive reviews. I also found it doesn't ONLY contain fermented paw paw but petroleum jelly as well.

I only just bought it today so I'm not for or against it yet.

Happy Mother's Day~~~!!

Sometimes I wonder why there has to be a certain day to treat our mothers well. This is just an excuse. Mothers should be treated well all year round =__=

But on that topic I got my mother 2 boxes of facial whitening masks =]
She squealed so loudly it hurt my ears and I'm certain the neighbours heard her too. My brother got her a small box of Ferrero Rocher, which is good enough since he only just started his 'job'. I kinda ate, like, 4 pieces already LOL

So here it is~! My gift for my mother ~

The SA told me the orange me is the newest one from that brand and that is whitens and moisturizes. The blue box just simply whitens, which was what my mother was using previously~

And yes it was a bit more expensive than I realised but hey it was an imported product from Japan so yeah =_= Thankfully there was a 15% sale at the store so it wasn't too bad

And! And! And I also found out the bow from my dress came off =[

Look at it! =__= so sad~

I got into my mother's car and found it sitting on the dashboard. I stared at it, thinking, "That looks familiar..."
Then I go,"Hey...isn't that...?"
Mum: "Yea it came off when i was washing the clothes."
Me: =__=
Mum: "I'm going to use as to clean my sunglasses."

I was just thinking, wtf and I told her to give it back so I can sew it back on my dress. It looks so plain without it ! =[

` First day of the Buddha Festival`

Today is the first day of the Buddha Festival.

-lion dance performance with 3 Buddha statues behind them-

It is always held at South Bank and it's pretty much the same every year =__= The first time I went was quite fun but yeah...

I just watched the lion dancing and some children perform martial arts for 30 mins then I left to join my friends.

Now there are just 4 weeks left until my projects are due! WAAAAAAAH!!!

Project One: Editing !

Project Two: Need to do storyboards ! D= Plus find an appropriate location on campus to film it.

I also found out that my order from Asia-Fashion Wholesale (AFW) has finally come in! The soompier sent out the parcels yesterday I should receive it by Tuesday or Wednesday. Can't wait ! I'm really really hoping they will fit me alright >o<

On Tuesday I also did a lil bit of shopping in the city. My friend told me about this cute korean accessory store called Cozy Corner. Seems like it's just opened. I walked in and the girls were so friendly ~ The jewellery seemed cheap and quite nice. So much better than Diva fo`sure! I ended up buying 3 cute hairties and 2 earrings.

Ta-dah!

-$2 each!-

-I don't remember how much these were but they're nice as !-

I also bought a new cleanser from The Body Shop (TBS). First time using TBS skincare products and it works fairly decent. Nothing too outstanding. It's just a cleanser lol

And some random hat my brother brought home from the Buddha Festival...because he went too!
