April Fool's Day!

I did not celebrate this because I was too busy stressing out over this uni assessment I had to hand it in today. Stayed up until 3am to do it! =_= Still ended up editing it a few hours later. Fingers crossed I pass.

Anyways, so today just hung out with a friend. We had Japanese for lunch!!! =D Haven't had Japanese for sooo long...I didn't even end up finishing mine =P

Then my friend and I went to the Purikura machine, which was absolutely graffiti-ed everywhere inside LOL no wonder it was cheap ==

We also entered one of the stores that sold asian cosmetics. See this???



This is Candy Doll lip gloss ! I really wanted to purchase one once I found out they were in store but the price ... ! D= It was double the amount I expected ($38AUD to be precise) so I just carefully put the item back on the rack and walked out. I want it but think I might stick to buying online xD

I ended buying a cheap lip gloss from some other store. I've been reading someone's blog about NYX and she is huge fan of it so i decided why not give it a go? I'm only going to lose $9 LOL

SHOPPING HAUL~!

I went shopping today and it felt great =)
Downside was that I didn't buy as much as I hoped. Sales were on but most of the stuff were clearance ugly clothes and shoes that no one seemed to liked.

First up is makeup ! I purchased Revlon Photoready in 003 Shell and Revlon Colorburst lipstick in Soft Nude. I've been wanting to try the Photoready foundation for a while but I didn't want to pay full price for it lol *cheap asian* =P

I know many reviews have been saying it's not all that it is hyped up to be...the fact that it can make someone sparkle like Edward Cullen from Twilight was a bit...=\ but I read someone's else review and says to try a matte powder rather than the powder that comes with the Photoready foundation and you won't sparkle ~




Next is SHOES! I went into pretty much every single shoe store in the shopping center and I only came out with one pair. Disappointed. There were quite a number of shoes that just I just didn't like. I decided to buy these one coz they were cute and cheap =P They're not that high either so should be comfy when I do go clubbing in them ^^




Finally, a dressy top ! Another white top! I have so many at the moment >< But this was pretty so I bought it anyways. Bought from Forever New for half price! It's a bit tight but fits snugly around the bust area.


I also bought a new wireless mouse and it's PINK! ^_^
I kind of wished I had bought more but then I again I need to save as well for a trip next year =)

SHOPPING IS GOOD!

Good for me but not so good for my savings!

Today I went out to the city and bought a few things that my mother could think as 'useless' and 'waste of money' lol

I went to Bardot and as soon as I walked in I saw the accessories rack. And I came across this cute bow/ribbon bracelet! There was another one that had three rows of pearls with a bow attached to it but that looked too OTT so I went with the simpler one, easy to wear every day!


I'm still a lil confused about the actual bow part coz I duno if it's upside or not..

I also came across two necklaces down to less than half price =D
Both were originally $20.00 but were down to $7.50 ~ And yes as soon as I saw the bow one I got it !


In total it was, like, $32?

I also got Revlon Photoready Pressed Powder in Fair/Light and Revlon Matte Lipstick in 002 Pink Pout~ I was actually planning on getting the liquid foundation and the latest lipstick range: Colorburst , however colors didn't suit my skintone T_T


The lipstick has got quite a nice pink color to it but not as vibrant as stock photo. I probably won't use the new powder until I've run out of my current one ~
